This session is designed to help women improve their physical health by learning about and incorporating foods and plants with strong propensities to fight disease and promote healing. We’ll talk about various meal plans and patterns around the world and identify the ones that are best associated with health and longevity. This session also focuses on lifestyles associating with disease promotion and prevention such as physical activity, sleep and habits and practices we often ignore or don’t realize have an impact on our health.
